St. Paul’s Pilgrim Church of Uganda – Yumbe Town, Uganda

We are a Church committed to bringing Good News to those living in our town, all traveling visitors, the surrounding communities of our town. We bring this Good News through many ways including church services, trainings, seminars, and conferences to different group of people. One way is teaching the Children in the Church to love their friends the Lord Jesus loves them and express this love to their friends.

The Church planned and launched Uganda-Tanzania Youth International Missions for Christ in Tanzania with Evangelical Fellowship Association (PEFA) in Musoma in August 2013 with the aim to encourage Inter-denominational and International youth missions. The contact person in Tanzania is Mr. Samson Zablon and the Church Teacher (Pastor) of St. Paul’s Pilgrim Church of Uganda is the acting contact person for Uganda. Study tours for both St. Paul’s Pilgrim Church Youth and Pentecostal are planned to start in 2014. This Youth Missions is a Partnership Development and for learning purpose.

The progress of the Church building is very encouraging. The different committees have tirelessly continued to work in the church and the results are seen on the following:-

  • Church Land (property) purchased from Mr. Ariku Bilali aquired the Land Title acquired with the help from Barnabas Fund.
  • On the Church property, the Christians worldwide have build a worship house for God’s people. You can be part of extending God’s Kingdom in this region.

The Children Service activities have been going on well. This is seen in what the children do both at home and here in the Church. They moved from praying under a mango tree to a temporary structure.
